Here's an article holding some promise/optimism for us fans - [Link] "But in a blow to both sides, it is believed Glasner is determined to keep Eze – as well as defender Marc Guehi – with sources saying “optimism is high” at Selhurst Park about the new campaign." As always, draw your own conclusions on this source and therefore the truth in the story! Edit: Just to note that I was taken to this article by the BBC Gossip Page, which is usually quite strict on what they post (typically not just clickbait nonsense). Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Too early to estimate an expected line up yet. We need to offload Eduoard, Holding, Ahamada (perhaps). We also need to bring in a winger to replace Olise (Personally This bloke Soule seems to be highly rated), A striker to replace Édouard (not sure about who). Hopefully, Ryan Sessegnon proves his fitness to get a contract. I think Smith Rowe is the option should Eze leave. if Guehi leaves, then that should be sizeable chunky of money to get a decent striker.

At least this indicates we are holding out for big bucks on players

Both Maguire and Van Dijk cost upward of £70m and there's been significant player price inflation since those deals. It also helps that he doesn't have a release clause.
