I have never seen so much rubbish posted on a message board I my life, that’s it, I ain’t coming on here no more!!
We just won an away game in the premier league and so called fans are moaning.
I’m sick of it, it’s wmbarrasing!! Moaning about the HF, moaning about a good 3 points away from home, Jesus Christ, some of you should go and support charlton because if you lot keep expecting more than what we will achieve we will go the same way, and guess what?? If that did happen, you lot would p1ss off back to supporting Liverpool or Chelsea and us AND the HF would still be there.

Absolutely embarrassing comments from some of you! We won for god sake!! Get a hold of yourselves!!!

Over and out and good riddance To some of you!

Thought you were leaving a few hours ago and yet you are still online?

Just seen Jorgensen's "challenge" on Wilf for which he got a yellow. F***ing disgusting. Deliberate assault and should have been off. Just like Capoue in the Watford match.

He's obviously quite right to call the refs out on it because their failure to protect him from the risk of injury through deliberate assaults is a total f***ing disgrace.

What a goal though.

Football wise not one of our better performances but the big positive for me was that with Kouyate in the side we didn't get so easily bullied and Luka got a couple of good revenge fouls (albeit he seemed to hurt his arm).

Given their tactics at SP last season in targeting Wilf, it was somehow even better to not play well and then steal the three points with a Wilf worldie

Yes, we should be pleased with 3 points and a return to winning ways against a team of cloggERs because the game was always going to be a potential banana skin. Hopefully, there are finer things to come next week against Newcastle?

thought kouyate did ok. nothing special, but alright. we wont get away with playing like that too often

imagine if we started with Benteke ? We are going to be cannon-fodder against bigger clubs. We need to improve a lot, because the teams underneath us will be giving it everything.
A long season still to go, in Roy we trust

Aren’t they ‘cloggers’ and those they foul are the cloggees? Or do you mean that they wear clogs? Any grammarians out there?

You are correct ... they are ers and we are ees. Hoofers and hoofees. Nevertheless, they nearly had us seconds before the end just before we all hoofed it!

Here’s my take on MOTD:

I agree with Chateauferret; the foul on Wilf should have been a red card.

Wilf’s ‘in frustration’ foul was tame by comparison, but referees will always give a yellow in those situations as it plays into their officious nature. Ergo Wilf and his earlier assailant have received equal punishment for offences of vastly different severity,

There was a foul on Ayew, clearly before the defender then touched the ball with a second movement. Penalty.

The Huddersfield goalkeeper was knocked over by one or possibly two of his own defenders before Palace ‘bundled’ the loose ball across the line. Nothing that I could see to merit the award of a free kick.

Well done Wilf, for speaking out against the bias in referees when he is assaulted compared to other players.

Feck off Gary Lineker: “he should have played in the 1980s” was his considered opinion. That’s not the point Wilf was making, you smug tw*t; do you not understand the difference between relative and absolute?

Bit of conflict on here about our performance yesterday, well let’s face it Wilf’s goal was fit to win any game and way above anything Huddersfield could muster in 90 minutes.

I look forward to seeing Huddersfield playing Championship football next season...

Nothing sweeter than a ugly away win! Benteke sidelined and hopefully Meyer on from start next week, we are really developing into a fine PL side now. And the winning goal? If it had been Rashford or Sterling it would have been all over the sport front pages....still WZ is ours. And ours only!

Agreed we were a bit lucky but that made it sweeter as revenge for last year. I hope the Terriers were crying in their beer last night.

I assume from this that our disallowed goal wouldn’t have been given then ? [Link]
