He didn't do the exact same thing of course. The first time he was rightly given a suspended sentence for reporting inside the court. This time he was outside the court and had permission from the Police to be there. He made a mistake and has probably been caught in a trap.....I say that in the quickness of him being jailed two hours later. Unless you look at the law very closely it's easy to believe that being outside the court doesn't count. Other media outlets have reported details about this case. It's possibly a stitch up. Yeah, that's how i heard about it on Friday.

Just to make it clear regarding the excuses made by the far left on how Tommy Robinson is 'endangering' justice. I will link you here to a Daily Mail article of 12 April 2017 on an ongoing trial of gang rapes but with much the same story. Complete with pictures of the accused men escorted by Police. This was written by Martin Robinson, who is the Uk Chief Reporter For Mailonline. Action taken against Martin Robinson: none. Affect on the trial: none. Double standards applied to Tommy Robinson? A campaign against him?......Looks likely to me.

Yeah, that's how i heard about it on Friday. Everyone has the option of turning up to court and watching it themselves. If your employed you can have a day or 2 holiday and if your lucky enough to have more time on your hands through unemployment, retirement or studentdom, you can watch long and complex cases start to finish. And you can do that even when reporting restrictions are on! Theres not even a problem talking it through with your mates in the pub. It doesn't sound much of a police state to me.

So were there reporting restrictions on this case? I remind you, this case had already been reported upon. The Huddersfield Examiner is one such example. Nothing has happened to anyone else. The point is that Robinson has been sentenced to 13 months for essentially doing what has been done continuously in this country for many years. Yet the lefties on here seek to blame him. Yet I produce proof that it's a comparative nonsense and has been done for many years. If this case is somehow more sensitive than all the others. The Police should have moved him on and warned him. Instead, in my view and in the view of many others, Robinson has been the result of persecution from the state. Arrested and sent away for 13 months within two hours. Can anyone explain to me why if this was a miscarriage of justice did Tommy Robinson plead guilty? Wouldn't it have made more sense to refute the charges get bail and then start the "Tommy Robinson is being victimised" campaign. After all he is no stranger to the courts so he knows from personal experience how it works.

As to what would have happened in this case no one can be sure until he can officially tell us.
