Seems that Benteke and Hennessy get so much criticism...no-one has mentioned Luka's challenge, or lack of it, for their third goal.We played well tonight and their substitutions won them the game. sorloth looked knackered after 70 minutes. squad tonight just not strong enough. F**king gutted....but think we will still be OK. Hennessy is a complete disaster area. Makes mistakes time and time again. He deserves it.

Looks like he touched it to control the ball on landing. Hand ball to me Swings and roundabouts, the ref could of easily stopped play at Schlupp's free kick for taking it too fast, that's football.
Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot. |

Hennessy was a joke tonight. And for me, the game changed when Tomkins thought it was a good idea to stand 5 yards behind the defensive line to pay them onside

Looking at that clip so do all the fans behind the goal... clearly thought it was a hand ball.

Its the hope that kills! Great effort but the first Utd goal was the killer. Dont know what Tomkins was doing. Hennessy looks lost every time there's a high ball into the box. No presence. Maybe we should play the Russian in goal and Benteke at centre-half. Wouldn't be the first centre forward to move there and be a success.
