No offence, mate, but I think personal insults against the guy's appearance are a bit out of order...but yes I did see the 'animation' you refer to. Isn't it great when WE are the ones winding the OTHER TEAM up for a change?

Fair enough, I retract the hobbit reference. Was fun to see him so wound up though! Great day. Can’t sleep!!!

Most certainly not European.

Brilliant.

No we only lost 1-3 and played reasonably well. Roy has to win next week to save his job apparently.

I just knew it YT. I thought there was no way we were ever gonna score a 2nd goal especially as we were playing without a striker and I bet Joel Ward had a shocker!! Ollie's Dad,Ash.

My wife tells me that our victory was a story on BBC news this evening - on the news, not the sport (she is adamant). Although she does get confused about sport generally so maybe not.

She was right ! Mentioned on the main BBC 6 o'clock news immediately after mention of ManC 7-2 win. Said that CPFC supporters would be the happiest tonight
after their win against Chelsea.

Palace score and its national news!

I'd take one that stops it on match days. F*ck the rest of the week!

You do know that the goal keeping statistics for the PL puts Hennessey second in shots SAVED just one behind Fabianski.

As far as today is concerned I don't blame Jules for the goal but if Wayne had been there people would be blaming him for not coming out to catch or punch the ball or saying he didn't move across quick enough to save the header.

And people would be doing exactly the same thing with Speroni if we'd lost.

No it isn't because today for the first time the defence in front of the goalie was good unlike before. I'm sure WH will be back. Also did we keep a clean sheet?

It's interesting that since Roy has come in, and had a while to work with the players, the defence looks more secure. It's amazing what a manager with some defensive nous can do in organising a side (also having the ManGod Sakho back in and settled helps).
