Unless this is all true, given that Cardiff have made allegations against Palace I hope that Parish and co take legal proceedings against Cardiff.

Maybe the text reads

Plan for Palace game.

Sit in possession of the ball
Squander possession in dangerous areas
Give it to Jedinek
Give Puncheon as much time and room as possible
Conceed and chase game
Sub only defent attacking option at half time.
Book flights back to Norway, Cardiff is s**t
Suck tan's co*ck.

Having watched that game I'm convinced that they didn't actually have any kind of plan for the game other than kick the ball, run after it.

Can we not even give Cardiff the satisfaction. f*** erm. Let there little noncey allegations fail and then sue to c***s for slander, bad sportsmanship and bringing the game into disrepute. I am also putting a bounty on Tan and whoever can bring his tash and the buckle from his belt that does a superb job of holding his Cardiff jumper over his shirt and bringing it up to his arm pits. The reward is a night with Megan Fox and a pat on the back for their fine work.

Damages to the brand and reputation could be quite considerable. We'll take Mutch on a free, and they can pay his wages.

I'm sure it's been said by another poster, but the most hilarious (and desperate) part of this whole saga is the Cardiff claim that this allowed Palace to achieve an
'unexpected' 3-0 win.

Against that rabble? We under-achieved, should have been 6-0.

If this is rubbish then Tan should be visiting the court shortly to make a healthy contribution to our transfer fund.

We could have played another 90 minutes, and they still wouldn't have looked like scoring. I'm just sorry that Cameron Jerome didn't score, just to rub it in more.

If they hadn't sacked Mackey they probably wouldn't have had half the problems they have had, off the pitch and on.

F**k off back to the championship: Cardiff, even the Welsh hate them.

I just have a really bad feeling about this..... Knowing our luck we'll probably end up getting points deducted and go down.

With all due respect to Tan, he did manage to write 5 pages of this complaint, he must be incredibly creative!

Apparently Cardiff are trying to say that the result we got there should not stand due to the supposed leak.
This smacks of desperation on Cardiff's part but I wouldn't put it past the powers that be to screw us over.
This story is on the BBC sport website.

Thoughts?

Not against you personally mate but you're the most recent poster that seems to think the powers that be would want to "screw us over" ! What do you base this on ?

Complete rubbish, Palace make the same contributions towards their partition in the Premier League, they will get same treatment as any other club.

As stated before: SECTION B Rule B15 states: "In all matters and transactions relating to the league each club shall behave towards each other club and the league with the utmost good faith".

SECTION B Rule 17 goes on, "A Club shall not without the Board’s prior written consent either during its membership of the League or at any time after its membership has terminated disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly to any Person whatsoever or otherwise make use of any confidential information as to the business or finances of the League or any other Club or any of their dealings, transactions or affairs or as to any other matters which may come to its knowledge by reason
of its membership save to statutory and regulatory authorities or as may be required by law or to such Officials and Auditors of that Club to whom such disclosure is strictly necessary for the purpose of their duties and then only to the extent so necessary".
That to me is what Cardiff may be using as justification for their complaint, I may be wrong but as I read that as a non Englishman, it could also implicate Cardiff for their failings.

Also there is no mention of this type of issue in APPENDIX 5 & 6 Managers and clubs code of conduct.

So unless the Premier league introduce a new rule, it's a storm in a teacup, as this sort of thing has been going on for years, even when I was playing it was going on, every club tried to get their opponents lineup before they named theirs, and I retired in 1977, it's called trying to outwit your opponent.

Exactly - As I said earlier, there is no actual 'rule' that has been broken, you could argue if we did do this then we went against a very shaky and vague ethical 'guidleine' to which no-one can actually pass a judgement on
