(The clue is in 'continually') Your points are always very close to being spot on (in my opinion) but surely the best outcome for us is either to: 1. Remain and now we’ve caused all this fuss push for some proper reform as one of the biggest economies and most powerful countries in the world Or 2. Leave with a deal that actually puts us on a decent footing to maintain as much of the trading status quo as possible and not ostracise us completely No deal is ridiculous on so many levels and will take a generation to change.

As already implied by the original post. ‘At least understand the system’ - are you for real? Anyone with a basic grasp of life understands that capitalism is corrupt, exploitative and gamed, but it’s the least worst option. Answer the question

Biggest economies and most powerful countries is overstating it a bit perhaps. Especially on the trajectory we’ve been on for a while now. A lot of our international power comes by proxy courtesy of the good ol USA

If you want true capitalism go to a boot-market. It's the perfect model.

Once again we have no information regarding the failing block. It's interesting to see where the polls point at any given moment in time, especially at such a volatile time like this. For instance, to me, the last few polls probably point towards the some kind of Tory-Brexit Party pact happening even though that doesn't fit the noises that are currently being put out there by the Conservatives. It's a true that the EU is failing in one way or another, on account that one of its most important members is perpetually on the verge of waving goodbye.. albeit a very, very long goodbye.
