Are you with Tux with his cryptocurrency drive? Or do you think other areas are more sensible?

Ok, the law says you will have to ask for an extension.

Government:

We wont ask for an extension.

Some bloke:

How can you obey the law, but NOT ask for an extension, when the law mandates an extension being asked for.

Government:

Errrr...we are trying to look for sneaky loopholes in the bill.

Some bloke:

You are tits.

I am happy as I will now no longer obey their laws either

“People are buying this just because they think they can sell it to someone else at a higher price even though it inherently has no intrinsic value.

I regard the whole business as anti-social, stupid, immoral.

Suppose you could make a lot of money trading freshly harvested baby brains. Would you do it? To me bitcoin is almost as bad.

I regard the whole thing as a combination of dementia and immorality. I think the people pushing it are a disgrace.

In other news, Kirby had a penalty saved as the U23s drew nil nil with Leeds.

The Leeds goalie had a blinder.

Missed this!

If my memory serves me correctly he was doing his job and seeking to put a positive gloss on the way the report was presented. That's what spin doctors do. I don't like them very much but the fact remains that he wasn't making policy, he was presenting it in the best possible light.

And yes I do think the Iraq war was legal and that the attacks on Blair totally unjustified. I think Blair's primary role was to try to moderate Bush's responses whilst providing support. We won't really know until all the records are unsealed.

Unbelievable

Didn't Buffet say that? I suppose in his position he would but I do tend to agree with the general sentiment, even though it's a little sensationalist.

My views are pretty well covered in various threads on here but it's a massively cultish enterprise with little basis in reality other than 'it'll come good'. If you can take the high risks there is certainly profit to be made from it though, even if you didn't invest early.

Blockchain technology will work its way into mainstream currency exchange at some stage, but under the stewardship of a massive corporate, government or bank. Not under the bitcoin, Litecoin, XRP, Smackathon (Even a complete helmet like Pitbull has his own Crypto) or any other unregulated, decentralised enterprise.
