If anyone wants to hear the story behind Hunter Biden's laptop and how the Democrats and their media and social media lied about it and conspired to keep the truth from the American public it's nicely summarized here. Never forget that when they talk about Democracy this is what the reality is....corruption to the core. To think they tried to impeach Trump over a phone call with Zelensky.

Are you still trying to make an issue out of this? To repeat. Hunter Biden isn't the POTUS. If he has done anything wrong, let due process deal with it and stop the inappropriate mud slinging attempts at trying to discredit Joe Biden and establish comparisons with Trump. It looked suspicious at the time and, quite frankly, still stinks to me. The laptop might be genuine, but the way it is being manipulated isn't. Trump was POTUS. Zelensky was pressured. That was serious. This story is just diversionary froth from the right.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Any suggestion that Hunter Biden should have been left alone when he only had a high paying job because of his father....who lied about meeting his employers is ridiculous. Edited by Stirlingsays (19 Mar 2022 9.28pm) I cannot be bothered to look back at the incident involving Joe Biden and the Ukrainian prosecutor whilst he was VP, but from memory it was perfect legitimate. Corruption had been identified, so steps were taken to stop it. Zelensky was pressured into saying that. Those who listened in to the conversations knew otherwise. Trump totally deserved impeachment. He was, and remains, as corrupt as any Russian oligarch, whose style he closely resembles. Ivanka and her husband did hold positions. Don Jnr, Eric and Tiffany didn't but were on the "team", and very actively engaged in supporting the "Trump train". Totally different to the Bidens, where Joe kept Hunter at arms length and Hunter was not involved politically at all. If Hunter got a high paid job because of his father, then his employer was a fool. Personal laptops are not public property. Would you want yours poured over by the press? As I have said many times, I have no special regard for Biden. I have a special loathing for a situation in which someone like Trump can end up in the WH. That's sick, and a remedy needs to be found for it.

It's condemnation and demonisation of anything Republican....some of which might have relevance but it's lame excuses and double standards for the Democrats. I've said it before but for someone who apparently wants to see the end of religion all he has are 'good v evil' takes like some religious zealot who can't see their own hypocrisies. There are many good Republicans. I posted an exemplary video by Schwarzenegger only a couple of days ago. It's Trump and his supporters that I find so disturbing. The double standards certainly exist, but not in the way you seem to imagine them. Seeking to imply some kind of equivalence between the behaviour of Trump and that of Biden is to apply double standards. One is father to a son with known issues and who tries to be supportive without compromising anything, which is a difficult balancing act. The other uses his children, promotes them into positions of influence, and sends them out on propaganda missions. Looking through the personal laptop of a private individual with the sole purpose of making political capital out of it is no better than the gutter press searching through the dustbins of the rich and famous. Wrong doing, if discovered by anyone, needs to be reported to the authorities so that appropriate remedies be sought. Not splashed over Fox News and Infowars.
