I would hope that CPFC2010 have continued discussions with other targets in the interim, though I don't disagree that any new manager may be put off by our public pursuit of Howe.

Exactly. My only disappointment is that he was by far my number one choice for the job and I'll not be a little less then pleased with whoever we appoint - not that they won't get my full backing.

Fair play - he's exactly the sort of person football needs more of. And fair play to Bournemouth - they deserve a bit of luck as well.

We really hope it is true that we've got other parties in advanced discussions though - we're well into the process of wasting our second transfer window of the season.

Congratulations Bournmouth fans.

Disagree, its not Dougie's time yet. Maybe the manager after this one. But not now. Am thoroughly f***ing disappointed now.
