How would no deal affect any of us. Really affect us. Yes you dont know. It's all guesses and what ifs and maybes. That is the long and short of it. I was a remainer but I think I've gone to the dark side with all this tossing around. Stirling you are my father

It would mean we would have to sign up to WTO terms. We know what WTO terms are. We know the impact on the economy will be about £30Bn. We know May's deal will make us liable for £39Bn plus the wider impact on the economy. Also, like the backstop, a no-deal is only the fall back position! I was also a remainer, but see no way back, can we just get on with it and stop all this political posturing.

He's said he's putting country before party by not trying to lead the country and crippling parliament instead... I probably wouldn't mind him so much if he was just a crazy activist and not the leader of the party with the biggest membership in the UK.

The referendum was entirely about internal Tory divisions. Divisions which continue to dominate British political life more than 3 years later. The majority of our MPs don't think that leaving was a wise choice but most accepted that their party had committed to respecting the result. What they don't accept is that the result meant whatever a PM says it meant. They argue, and I agree, that it's for Parliament to determine what the result meant.
