And it has to be GE. The blockage is in Parliament. The people have told Parliament what it wants them to do.

What justification is there for a Remain option? Remain lost. It's done. Over. You don't get a second bite at the cherry. Varients of Leave then perhaps there is an argument to be made but Remain is simply not an option.

Wise words indeed.
We are birds on the same twig on this matter.

God forbid.
This would be the worst possible result.

I agree I don't want it but I also believe in strong government and Parliament needs an enema to get things going. I'm not surprised there are plenty of sh*ts in there already.

I am confident that if we get a GE Boris will win with a decent majority.

Tony Blair, said an early election was an "elephant trap", and Boris Johnson could win such a vote as "some may fear a Corbyn premiership more" than a no-deal Brexit.

Thank you kindly.

Jacob Rees-Mogg is far more articulate than 'Yours truly'.He is a man of articulacy and personal charm.

Why not have it on the ballot if you don't like the deal or no deal you can change your mind 3 choices make the argument for or against each.

Why is remain not an option? They lost but if the deal on offer or no deal is not what you want regardless of how you voted why not give people the option.

JC could win an election on a remain ticket.

It would also rule out more referendums.

The polls pretty constant with remain at 56%.

There are a number of problems that I see with holding a 2nd referendum.

1. The question. Whatever the question is some people will be upset and claim it's not fair.
2. The result same as 1. Remain or Leave the losers will simply not accept the result.
3. Parliament. As we are told on this site Parliament is supreme and referendums do not over rule it. Whilst I don't agree with that view if the make up of parliament is still the same and Leave win the 2nd referendum there is no guarantee that Parliament will agree to it.

So for me a GE is the best of 2 evils. If we have one I hope that the winning side has a good majority even if that means it's Corbyn. The worst result will be another hung Parliament.

No one can solve the argument, but a least if you vote leave you know what you are voting for.

A GE now is solely on Brexit, that is no good for anyone regardless of your vote leave/remain or red/blue

2 string question, not saying I have every answer.

Leave/Remain
Deal/No deal

Let the people make the choice now you have seen the deal & heard the arguments.
