Some refreshing positivity for a change.
I think it's going to be great for the club.

My ambition is to see the Whitehorse restored to some sort of respectable state. The initial downsizing sucks and I still need closure from the first sight of the 'redesigned' version in 1981.
It still annoys me even now.

Crap isn't it.

The Whitehorse was such a bad deal for Palace, could have been so much better, however Ray Bloye did well out of it!

End of season awards coming up including "An in-depth interview with Steve Parish"

Maybe some more news on stadium, possibly an announcement?

I suspect you may well be right; staying in the PL, a new - and modern style - coach, and the new stand about to be started. A very good news story to end the season.

Who could ever have even dreamt of this back in 2010. All credit to Parish and the other owners along the way. Quite some achievement in my book.

Smoke and mirrors and most of that smoke seems to be from some intent of blowing it up the Chairman's backside.

This will do nothing to progress the club if it ever happens.

I am sure Jordan had similar plans when he got one over on Uncle Ron and purchased the ground.

If someone had asked 10 years ago - what does success look like under CPFC2010 ? I think the vast majority of supporters would have taken that version of it if it had been offered without hesitation.

OE suggests Jordan bought the ground from Noades and got one over on him; the exact opposite happened in fact; it was CPFC 2010 who put the ground back together with the club when the transaction went through. Remember the demonstrations at Lloyds?

I thought that Jordan bought the ground from Noades and then sold it to some company who went bust and owed Lloyds bank, they became unwilling owners, or something messy like that.

Yeah, much better to stick with a stand built when George V was on the throne.

Genius.

Liverpool upgraded a Stand at Anfield. It seemed to happen in 5 minutes, without all the drama.

how come we are like the problem child ? the one that never wins the prize ?

The difference is the council. I've often thought we should go where we're actually welcomed as an amenity, rather than derided as a problem.

If we leave it too long, it'll become a protected historic monument. However, that didn't seem to matter at Wembley.
