On Sunday, I heard two choruses of a song for when Everton visit us. Hopefully, we will take six points (as punishment) from them next season. COYP

Let's hope so. I dislike them now, more than I dislike Brighton.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Statistically he completed more tackles than any of the other managers.

Events will probably mark him down, more's the pity. But don't you think Pep's name is already inscribed on the award?

You would think with the fan base of both Man City & Liverpool & their achievements this season the award would go to one of those 2 managers.

Agree 100% Trucker. Hope the police track down the yob and punish him. There needs to be a deterrent, but not fences.

Seems the Police have spoken to him, so have tracked him down, no action to be taken. No surprise as the scousers are always the victims

A stadium ban on fans for 3 games starting next season is apt for Everton for inciting fans and failing to control them or having suitable health and safety measures for Palace staff in their place of work.
Subsequent bans should be given to all clubs, whose fans invade the pitch either during games or after if opposition staff intimidated.
It’s the only way these idiots will learn, take away something they like. It might endear fans stopping other fans from invading the pitch. Every time they do the stadium closure doubles to 6 etc.

I recognise Pep has a very distinct style of football, a great manager no doubt, but for me when answering the question: How did you do so well with your club? The answer cannot have "Oh, I went out and bought all the best players in every position with finances being of no concern". That's not football management that's FIFA on easy mode.

I'm not being bitter by the way, if I'm honest hate the geezer and now the club based purely on something beyond the control of the fans, but Howe would win it for me or T.Frank, think he's surpassed all expectations with Brentford huge 'fair play' to him and them.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Given the very positive responses to his actions on social media, this could actually be the very thing that swings it in his favour.......

Now wouldn't that be

I did see a lot of positive comments but The Guardian have replaced him with Potter.
