But self-identification is just that. Self. How do you 'define' a woman? What is a false application? Hence why this utter nonsense falls down at the first serious hurdle. How do you define what a 'trans' woman is? They are all false applications.

Yes, there's no way a sex offender would knowingly fill a form out incorrectly. I believe there will be risk assessments. And when a female prisoner inevitably gets raped, I’m sure there’ll be an inquiry. So that’s good. Don't be daft, prisoners in general are criminals. I guess you don't understand the effect of a statutory aggravator. The point, for the hard of thinking, is that when a Trans person enters any prison they are subject to a risk assessment. Where they are a potential danger they will likely have prior sexual offences history and will be treated as such. MOJ stats show 76 of the 129 male-born prisoners identifying as transgender (0.16% of the prison population) have at least 1 conviction of sexual offence. In case they should find a way (and wish) to re-offend in prison, their punishment will be considerably greater than it would have been due to the aggravator. Of itself that doesn't stop offending in prison but may be an additional deterrent. It would be interesting to understand why people care so much. 76 people in prisons that need a special eye kept. Maybe the general public just found sympathy for prisoners, victims of society etc. Or maybe it's in the interests of those with big voices to make a fuss. Just saying.

How do you know if a trans person is actually trans and not just pretending? What are the criteria?

Out of interest do you think it is right that somebody has to make this transition just the once? And that this change has to be permanent? Because I thought the point was that gender was meant to be fluid?

Is a male sexual pattern repeated in society by trans women? Next look at offending patternms for trans men. The levels are below trans women. The levels are also below males. Its a female sexual pattern Statistically out of Trans women, females, trans men, males who proportionally commits the most sexual crimes? We as a society create single sex spaces to give females dignity, privacy and safety away from the oposite sex. Where do trans women fit into our cultural traditions of law and social contract?

Divide 76 by 129. I agree that we need safe spaces for women. Should we say that all trans women aren’t allowed into them, even post gender reassignment surgery? They are a pretty vulnerable group.

If people make safety arguments they should have the answers here. We have haphazard data. The incomplete information we have leads to trans women as a group are more of a threat than men. Real pictures? So over 50% of trans women have committed sexual crimes? A figure that is higher than males and females. Trans women are more of threat to females than males. Why? Whats the offending figure for those undergoing reassignment surgery? On the basis of males being a threat to women males are not allowed in female only spaces. Why are single sex spaces being compromised for trans women who present more threat as a group?

I see you want real pictures of trans women. I understand there is quite a market.
