I'm sure that Andros Townsend wouldn't be happy at being called a pig I think if Andros looked at Everton's record over the past seventeen games, he'd be honest enough to acknowledge they've been a pig. And until proven otherwise, lipstick (style, but no substance) is a pretty good description of VdB and Alli.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

He's now playing football whereas he wasn't doing so at Manure. If Everton finish low or are even relegated, so what? It's no skin off his nose.

Headless chicken against Spurs. But then he was not the only one playing poorly. Being cynical, I guess you could say by not signing him, we have saved ££££. Currently, not sure who he would have replaced. Edited by VinceHilaire (10 Mar 2022 8.26am)

If you buy anyone outside the top four leagues, Premier, La Liga, Serie A or Bundesliga you are gambling
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

I was thinking more along the lines however of him being young, wanting to win things, at least try and promote his name etc. I think I am also convinced he will not be staying or wanting to stay at United so may have I been showcasing himself on the market for potential suitors etc., does that make sense or am I rambling? Either way, I of course would still give my left nut to be in his position just thought these considerations might come into play! I'll stop with this particular lunatic diatribe.

You've made perfectly valid points.

I wouldn't worry too much on that Nic, the worst thing is, that an awful lot of us understood what you were on about . . .
