Getting bored of the negative posts. We scored 3 at Anfield, who else has this season apart from the home team? Secondly Jules is our 3rd keeper for a reason, and we lost by a goal. Yes he was not brilliant, and was culpable for a least one goal. But, f***ing hell, we took the them to the wire. If we had a Number 1 keeper fit and a great striker???? Who knows, we scored three and lost by one without them. Not a bad day to be fair, yes could have been better with investment.

As dispappointing as the manner of today's defeat was, the results of games against the top 6 won't defeine our season. We need to get results against the 13 other teams. Losing a lead against Watford is far more worrying than losing a lead against Liverpool.
We need to be aiming at a minimum of 10 points from the next 6 league games. I am not confident the current squad will achieve that.

That didn't stop a number of players going on to blag a career, your self honesty is a credit to you.

Having seen the goals again on MOTD I sorry to say IMO Julez was either at fault or should have done better. I posted this morning on the predictions post that I didn’t think he was competent to play league matches. The game proved it.
Apart from that was great to watch our goals again.

We were very unlucky today. Their first goal was a fluke and the forth was hand ball.

It has to be said that Speroni was utterly useless in goal and that is what I expected. He was never that good even at his best.
I don't think we can afford another goalkeeping performance like that so I hope the new lad is half decent because he is in for a couple of games at least.

Having watched it yesterday and now see MotD this morning we were very unfortunate albeit with some silly individual errors as well.
We were always going to have to soak it up and play on the counter and so we did.
Their first goal had a lucky deflection but what were PVA and Sakho doing - PVA in particular!
Goal 2 - Firminho was just left alone in the area as we moved out - schoolboy errors.
Goal 3 was down to Jules 100%. I don't blame him though as he is just too old now at this level and to be called in to play at Anfield was a tough ask and you could look at Wilf for not following Milner anyway.
Forget the handball for goal 4 as no one could ever have seen it.
We score 3 at Anfield and lose but we lost concentration at key moments and we cannot afford to do that.
We could have won but we need to start beating ordinary teams at our place now otherwise we will be in serious relegation trouble.
