Played well in many games we should have won or got points from.So will happily take the points today and move on . Nobody remembers performances at end of season just the points total .

Sorry, I thought this was a discussion forum
I am absolutely delighted with the win. But in my opinion we didn't play well. If you think we did, fine. But as a discussion forum, ive explained why i think wd played badly, so why not discuss why you think we played well, rather than slag anyone off who dares to say otherwise.

I’m very happy with the result and it’s a sh1tty game for us with them targeting Wilf but there’s one thing we need to improve on and that’s letting the opposition cross too easily. It needs improving, especially by PVA. A lot by him actually.

If next April we're desperately scratching around for points to stay up you'll be grateful for any victory, and won't care less about how we perform as long as we win games.

I am grateful for any victory and will support the team through thick and thin but I am also entitled to be disappointed with the performance surely?

Meyer really is the missing link in this team.

A defensive midfielder that can recycle position, has a wide range of passing and can also influence attack. Sounds like someone I know.

Hope there is no crap going on with him we are not aware of, otherwise it’s just a matter of time before he becomes one of the first players on the team sheet.

Still exciting times.

Curious what game Roy was watching if he thinks we played well and controlled the game. I thought we were dire for the majority.

You are not allowed to have this sort of opinion.

We were lucky to get all 3 points. But they played well given their team and we played woefully. That's why we were favourites going into an away game. Lucky is always good but Roy is talking garbage!

Especially if we continue to play 4-3-3 like today. I think Luka's performances would really improve if he was left to concentrate on defensive duties while Meyer orchestrated possession, and then we'd have Kouyate or McArthur with some box-to-box dynamism.

Yep it wasn't good and it wasn't pretty but we needed those 3 points so will take them however we can!!

Loved the fact Wilf won it for us with a worldie... That's karma for them absolutely kicking the s*** out of him on thd first day of last season and putting him out for 6 weeks..

They're not a bad side Huddersfield.. They don't offer f*** all in attack but they play decent football and I thought their delivery into the box was superb. We defended well.

Hopefully we can kick on from this... I'm a bit concerned that for the last 3 games we haven't played well at all but am hoping this is a turning point.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

Great Win today, but does anybody know the last time we played/won a match (in 90 mins), without making a substitution?

...And would we of, scored more goals, if we brought more subs on?

Lastly, is Roy’s method of, late subs a good thing?
