Exactly the opposite. Hiding behind the missed goals is the way to find ourself in this predicament often.
We have to be so down for this performance because there were errors all over the place. We were slow, clumsy while attacking, too many wrong passes. The forward lost too many headers and didn't serve the wings. Also he cannot score.
Shaky in defense and with little barrier on midfield where only Mcarthur played well.
A very bad day at the office

Just prior to their second goal,Capoue should have been taken out instead of being allowed to burst through players and feed Pereyra.Sometimes one just has to foul and take a yellow !

Boring and going over old ground I know. But with Murray we’d have at least got a point today and probably won.

If the ref had been competent that scumbag wouldn't have been on the pitch in the first place.

Meyer can pass a ball. All new signings should come in for the midweek cup game and hopefully show Roy it's time for a change. First 30 minutes were fine, then they "did a Huddersfield on us" and we let them do it to a large degree. Time for changes.

Spot on!

A couple of positives. Wilf is now our top scorer in the PL, overtaking Chris Armstrong, whose former club lost 1-0 to Rotherham today in The Championship. COYP !!

Ok, completely disappointed, but let's try to find some positives.

We made the best three chances of the game (yes i know we missed them all).

We looked much better when Meyer came on and Wilf moved to the wing. Hopefully we will start like this next game.

MacArthur played well, apart from scuffing his chance.

Luka has got his one bad game a season out of his system (cannot believe he let Capoue go past him like that for the first goal).

We are still 3 points and 3 goals ahead of last season.

We all know we shouldn't have lost. We all know Capoue should have been sent off. We all know Watford were poor.

Next six games we don't play any of the "big 6". I will settle for 9 points from those 6 games, to give us 12 points after 9 games (compared to 4 last year). If we finish the season with five points more than last year we will be top half and I will be happy.

Agree I think it was Luka that had a great opportunity to exact a bit of revenge and damage the fvcker in the process.

To be totally honest, if a Red had been issued there wouldn't have been too many complaints by those who have had the opportunity to see the incident numerous times in 'Slow-Mo'.

Referee was very well placed and it would appear that in real-time he probably just saw it as Capoue taking out Zaha to prevent a breakaway.

Meyers should get game starts next match.
Roll on next match.
There’s some dirty football by Watford abit like Liverpool
That’s football for u, but ref always turned a blind eye.
Sorloth’s header was an handball Watford player covering his head?!
