You notice with the far left that they always look to attack the secondary problem.....ie Tommy Robinson is fallible and comes with problems. This guy was one of those shouting about this problem years ago when the far left were shouting racist and denying the problem. They don't tackle the main problem and look to suppress it with their labeling. Thousands of girls have been raped. But no....attack the messenger, jail him and throw away the key.

You are hard work. It’s nothing to do with left or right. It’s British law and order at work. The thing you voted to make sure remained in our hands last year.

And I can’t express this enough times; these guys are literally on trial for horrible, horrible crimes that should hopefully see them go to jail for a long long time. The system has caught them and they were in the process of being dealt with. All he’s done is potentially harm that outcome.

This case is one of many have have been happening for years now. This isn't recent and this particular case is just the one Robinson has been put away over. Multiple towns for years with way over a thousand victims. But no....I'm the one who is hard work.....This isn't a left or right thing according to you.....when it was the left who are to blame for these cases being ignored for years.

If he was exposing cases that the police hadn’t already had knowledge of and/or thrown up new evidence that lead to arrests then fair enough; that’s valid investigative journalism and doing everyone in society a favour. When it’s an ongoing trial with a multitude of good reasons why there was a reporting ban until verdicts then it’s attention seeking stupidity.

I precisely explain why it's an absurd statement. Oh, so you haven't campaigned against Irish rape gangs....well again according to your logic, you're not against gang rape. The one aspect you manage to get right is that Robinson is against Islam. Something he directly says. Campaigning the issues you believe in doesn't mean you are for crimes that your critics pick out of the air. It's an absurd statement. Edited by Stirlingsays (30 May 2018 10.12pm) As I said, how would you know what campaigns I've launched or been part of as I don't have any need to play the big I am.

He gave his enemy the opportunity to persecute him. Fairness....nope. However, just as he was caught on a technicality I hear there is a chance that he'll get off on one as well.

No, because they legally weren’t allowed to due to the various complexities behind the cases being brought before the court. You are allowed to say a case is going on. Just not allowed to report any details that may prejudice a jury or influence the outcome of the trial. It really is quite basic British law and the courts and British justice system in action. He was literally on a suspended sentence for doing the exact the same thing. The fact he did it again is mind-blowingly stupid during the suspended sentence terms. He’s no martyr; just an attention seeking idiot. Thanks for the reply bud.

Thanks for the reply bud. He didn't do the exact same thing of course. The first time he was rightly given a suspended sentence for reporting inside the court. This time he was outside the court and had permission from the Police to be there. He made a mistake and has probably been caught in a trap.....I say that in the quickness of him being jailed two hours later. Unless you look at the law very closely it's easy to believe that being outside the court doesn't count. Other media outlets have reported details about this case. It's possibly a stitch up.
