Blinder is too strong, he had a fair game up to the goal! do you read what you write ,all the top keepers make errors thats in the job, keeper makes mistake we lost because of him,NO theirs 10 other players out there, goals win games so the other 10 are not scoring simple basic football. tell me the errors that the outfield players made before pointing fingers,we lost as a team

Perhaps I’m deluded but I took hope from that performance.

We just booted the ball clear and let them bring it back, at least in the second half. If you do that you will eventually concede because no defence, no keeper, no eleven men can concentrate on defending non-stop for ninety minutes against a quality attack. How, why, and through whom you concede, who it is that makes the mistake, doesn't matter and it's unfair to allocate blame just because that person happened to be the one who made an error. The errors are the consequence of the team putting itself under undue pressure. Edited by chateauferret (25 Feb 2018 4.00pm)

Edited by chateauferret (25 Feb 2018 4.00pm) And the undue pressure is a result of being at our bare bones against one of the top sides in Europe. Don’t see how else we could have set up. Go for it and likelihood is the goal difference would have taken a right battering. Tactics very nearly worked today but ultimately we didn’t have the players available to keep possession. All things considered I thought we did very well. Still gutted mind.

I'm sure it's why Tomkins went down with cramp in the end. He must have been knackered.

Easy for some to blame Hennessey but without his saves we could have been 4 goals down. Kane should have not been allowed a free header from short range!!

Anyone know anything about Jaroslav Jach? He isn’t on the injury list but couldn’t make the bench. Polish international and good enough for us to pay money for him but not good enough to get ahead of a 38 year old centre back??

Is it me or would have Pat Jennings caught Kane's header one-handed?

Yeah I bet he was. It’s a horrible vicious circle I guess. More injuries put more pressure on the remainder which in turn causes more injuries. Hope it is just cramp and he is alright for the next few games.
