as much as i want us to sign him i recon £30m is an awful lot for him, especially as in january the asking price was £17m. 10 good games ups his market value by £13m? we bide our time and i think liverpool will accept £20m for him end of the window. ‘Football isn’t instant coffee. as much as i want us to sign him i recon £30m is an awful lot for him, especially as in january the asking price was £17m. 10 good games ups his market value by £13m?

we bide our time and i think liverpool will accept £20m for him end of the window.

Yeah agree, we will bide our time and the price will come down from £30m. 30 is to much for us, but I believe Parish knows how much confidence he adds to the squad. From the moves we're making in the market, it seems to me as if we're trying to save enough for him. God I might be wrong, but hope not.

I agree if we can sort the defence then we've got a decent team. Anything else is a bonus. Southampton may make a move for him. But my gut says he's not the profile of player they go for. They like to find younger gems and sell them on at a profit. I doubt there's any profit in Sakho at £30m.

I agree if we can sort the defence then we've got a decent team. Anything else is a bonus. Southampton may make a move for him. But my gut says he's not the profile of player they go for. They like to find younger gems and sell them on at a profit. I doubt there's any profit in Sakho at £30m.

No team will pay £30mil for him, no matter how good we know he is. He hasn't played enough games recently. I can see this one dragging on til the end of the window when someone picks him up on loan or around £15-20 million. just a case of whether we have already strengthened our defence before Liverpool drop the price.

Well we've already wasted £20mill and counting on Zeki Fryers, Jordon Mutch and Bakary S. In that context £30mill for a class player like Sakho doesn't seem all bad.
