So you were at the hearing in Croydon Magistrates Court were you?

Why don't you phone DI Castle up Hoof?

"Detective Inspector Gary Castle of Croydon's criminal investigation department said in a statement Monday: "We now know that a large number of people, approximately 20, were involved in the attack on the victim."

He added that the teenager sustained serious head and facial injuries as a result of the attack, "which included repeated blows to the head by a large group of attackers."

You wouldn't be querying the injuries if it was a muslim asylum seeker attacking a local, would you now? Why would that be,Hoof?

Sounds to me like a gang turf war scenario. Where the guy beaten chewed off more than he could chew & got a severe beating for his entrepreneurial efforts. He then uses the 'Old classic' race card to the Old Bill to divert attention from his criminal activities.

Did he tell you that in person though? The only people I'm prepared to believe are the first ambulance crew on the scene

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

I think it was the Express as I was in the dentist waiting room when I read it. Cant be sure though but there was short article on how the fight started in the pub and the three lads ran out to the bus stop followed by the gang but two escaped and left their mate to get kicked in so the article said.

I notice from the reports of the court hearing on Monday that 3 of the defendents ran out of pub.

How do you reach this conclusion?

I grew up a few streets away from where's this attack happened and have found it pretty shocking but not surprising. There's often trouble at that bus stop and around broom road, it's just always ignored.

The similarity between this attack, and the Westminster ones was the the purportrators are violent thugs who deserve no place in society.

The media and many people who blindly believe everything they read are turning this into a political circus about race, immigration, and brexit. Both the left and the right are equally to blame.

What they have forgotten about is that a 17 year old child has almost died and suffered horrendous injuries from a bunch of violent psychopaths.

It seems nothing is ever done about the real issues in the UK,
like crime, jobs, and housing because we are always blaming our problems on other groups rather than sorting out the causes.

Fine mate. It won't be me who gets sued.

I assure you I won't get sued as there is no reason for anyone to sue me. The Express in any case seems to have it right. This lad probably made some bad choices and upset some people who acted very brutally. Anyone saying he wasn't badly hurt patently is wrong. He has a broken spine and eye socket.

I query EVERYTHING I read/see/hear legal.

This case reinforces my doubts.

Initially the media reports told us he was minding his own business at a bus stop. Now it appears he might have been involved in a ruckus that started in a pub.

I'm not just querying his injuries I am querying the motives too.

I'm quite happy to wait for the trial when both sides can present ACTUAL evidence and we are not relying on conjecture.

However while we are disputing evidence I would suggest "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

Loads of rumours on social media that the refugee along with his 2 friends started on a younger group over a cigarette before others from the pub got involved.

Who knows what's true but it's very rare you would get a group of upto 30 people randomly attacking someone in the street.

Or, to give a more relevant example, "if Gusset posts something and nobody reads it, is it still the usual predictable left-wing bollocks?"

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham
