Only really among those people who buy into their b*llsh1t. This is a party that gets a lot of press coverage and publicity, that at elections has faired very poorly. They're vocal and active, but in reality they're a very small, very insignificant political entity - Who's support is very much drawn from political fringes that try to make themselves much more significant than they are by trying to legitimise 'untenable popularism' that would be illegal to implement.

They definitely appeal to people too stupid to really consider political and legal ramifications of what the party stand for (outside of their core membership) and rely very much on emotive rather than rational appeal.

Like the BNP though, they'll fail, because as they gain support, they'll be expected to deliver on their promises - Its usually better to deal with such groups by treating them as if they were serious political parties and confront them on actual reality of their policy statements, rather than just calling them racists and bigots.

What f**ked the BNP was getting people elected. Their success in council elections meant they actually had to deliver political representation and they failed dramatically.

As a party, they're less significant than the SWP et al - who'd consider it a political success to get their deposit returned at general election.
