So Cardiff submit a complaint about the fact that internal information is being leaked....and then the content of their complaint is leaked.

Can they really be that stupid?

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand!

if palace asked for the team sheet ....why did it go to Freedman ??
allegedly

Holloway got it too but it wasn't in a West Country accent so it didn't alter Millwall's tactics.

Have to say, I am not worried. I suspect we will get a cursory fine from the FA so they can be seen to be doing something, thus making it harder for Tan to pursue any other (legal) avenues in pursuit of what he wants. But nothing worrying will happen. I'm quite sure the league has about as much use for owners like Tan as the Cardiff supporters do; I'd be far more worried if a serious, credible club was complaining about exactly the same thing. Bye bye Vincent. Next.

Its looking increasingly likely to me that only Cardiff and the BBC are coming out of this badly.

No-one else is picking up the story, and now Freedman is somehow involved ?? Smacks of 'hmmm what makes this story juicier ?'

Its got to be tough to be a Cardiff fan right now.

CPFC have handled this perfectly. No comment because it is completely and utterly rubbish, whether created by Cardiff City or the BBC or both.

Makes the Croydon Advertiser look not quite so bad, knowing the BBC are capable of such nonsense. Incidentally I picked up the Times this morning for the match report and there is an article about Jeremy Paxman slamming the BBC...

The worst thing about this is that moody accidentally sent the text to freedman who instantly dobbed us in to solskjaer. What a git.

My thoughts as well, though if he did receive this text message, of course he has a moral right to report it... But still we don't know if he contacted anyone at Palace about it as well to warn whoever.
On another note, can't they just sack/fine Moody, give Tan a lolly pop, and then we can all get on with the rest of the season.
Looking at the Cardiff forum they mostly think it's all garbage as well. The fact is Cardiff were crap on the day, and not because of any team leak.

If Moody sent the text to DF by mistake then he's a f*cking terrible spy and has blown this whole thing up with a stupid error. Of all the people to send it to - does he have Dougie listed on his phone contacts as "Palace Manager"?!

At the heart of all this is a 13 year old Brighton fan who has worked out how to put articles on the BBC website having a whale of a time. He'll give himself away if/when he implicates Justin Bieber in all this.

Apparently Cardiff are trying to say that the result we got there should not stand due to the supposed leak.
This smacks of desperation on Cardiff's part but I wouldn't put it past the powers that be to screw us over.
This story is on the BBC sport website.

Thoughts?

Not against you personally mate but you're the most recent poster that seems to think the powers that be would want to "screw us over" ! What do you base this on ?

I guess I haven't got a basis it's just that we're doing so well it would just be our luck to get a points deduction and dragged back into the relegation dog fight. For what it's worth unless money has changed hands for the info then nothing illegal has happened and it's just a desperate act by Cardiff to stay up.

For any given team that we play, we would pretty much know the lineup anyway apart from maybe a few changes?

Managers only have to look at the news and find out who played in the last match, who played well / not well. What players are injured and those now recovered and any players suspended.

All this news is readilly available. It seems like it is blown out of all proportion.
