I'm a mining engineer (Zzzzz) but it does take me to some strange places. I've worn my shirt for an impromptu game of Australian rules with a bunch of aussie ex-pats at a mine in northern Kazakstan near a place called Semipalatinsk.
Weird place but fantastic looking women... russian girls are the best, in my humble opinion.

Whilst living in spain a Barca supporting friend of mine wanted to wear my red'n'blue top to the Nou Camp just to be different........

Also wore my palace top to the san siro to watch AC Milan play Juve in a italian cup game...

And this is wierd, well more like stupid: when gabbiadini was playing for us we had the yids at home on a boxing day (we lost 2-1 i think) i went with some yids fans( they bought the tickets as a surprise xmas prezzie)so i had me palace top on in the away section of the AW..........does this count?????

I wore mine in Lowestoft once and believe me, Lowestoft is one of the 'strangest' places I've ever been, there's in-breeding there that would shock a hillbilly!

The strangest place i've seen another fan would be in paphos, cyprus when a market stall owner was wearing the 97/98 shirt with lombardo on it. but when i went to question him he didn't speak a word of english.

Has anyone ever worn their shirt to a wedding or anything like that?

I went to my mate Trevor`s wedding reception in 96 and on the way there in the car we had a bet on how long it would take him to mention Palace, bearing both myself and my other mate in the car was a fan i thought 3 mins my mate 10 mins!
We parked up and we heard him shout out to us and when we turned round he was wearing a Palace shirt and before we could ask how the day had gone he said where are we sitting next season and if we had signed anyone yet(15 secs!).
Sorry Trev!(By the way he`s the bloke off Palace radio sometimes!).

On my wedding day after my father in laws speech,i started off by welcoming my wife and him into my family and presented him with a carrier bag,he looked in it and it was a PALACE home shirt and i made him hold it up,and kiss the badge in front of 150 people(like wrighty would have done!)as he was a gooner.
He has sinced passed away god bless him!
But it does make both me and the wife laugh watching it on the tape.

I have worn my shirt to various places around the globe.......... Poland.....USA........ Egypt.......... Rhodes.............. Cyprus......... the Arsenal North bank.............we won 2-0 and John Salako scored both goals and I stood up and cheered when we scored and got some dirty looks and comments.............. but my 7" tall gooner supporting bro told em to shut the f*** up and they did.

A the Grimsby game a certain Monkey may well end up wearing his in a most unusual place............

The worst place I ever wore mine was in the Preston Park Tavern in Brighton. This is a well known hang out of Albion hard men apparently. It was on a day last year when England were playing Finland and the boozer was full. Lucky to escape with my life apparently. All mouth that lot though.
