Would have to be after Hopkin scored in '97 at Wembley. I was going mad, turned around and everyone else was doing the same and then ended up hugging complete strangers lol. By the time we'd stopped celebrating, we'd won and the other end was already empty! Good call. That'd be mine as well - particularly after the gutting disappointment of the previous year.

For a going mental moment, it would have to be Cardiff, a shot from AJ then suddenly, Shipps bundles the ball in the back of the net, absolutely brilliant, then after the final whisle as well, from a going mental at home perspective it would have to be Darren Powell's goal against Sunderland.

My best going mental moment would have to be at sunderland, When Darren Powell scored in the dying minutes. Im kinda quiet outside of football matches, so use them to make my voice heard. I was on the fist person on the aisle closest to the home fans. When we scored i went mental, started screaming and running towards there fans, Luckily there was a wall there otherwise i dread to think what would have happened! Then when we won on penalties, once again i went mental, doing the same as before, but with a copper pushing me back.

Talking of getting injured at the Play-Off final in Cardiff, When Shipps scored I got a fat gash dwon my right shin again by jumping on the chair in front. The best thing was though that I didn't notice it until after the game. Must have been the sheer joy of the moment!!! Class! That's obviously up there as a going mental moment. But the game against Gillingham at Selhurst last season will be right up there: Hudson had been sent off, they missed a penalty, they missed it again and then 2 minutes later the ball dropped to Butterfield, 17,000 people said "Hit it!!!" at exactly the same time and the ball flew into the top corner. I went absolutely mental, because of the fact that Gillingham are such a bunch of pikies, the fact that we were down to 10 me etc. But I completely lost it!!!

Hughesey's penalty at Sunderland. Went even more mental then than when Darren equalised. It brought disbelief plus pure rapture. I was watching tv by myself and danced around the room screaming. Then I phoned my son and screamed down the phone at him. I heard his wife say, "Your dad's gone mental," so that proves it.

Got to be Darren Powells goal at Sunderland, to be there was something else. I have never been part of m ore latent hysteria in my life. Then back at the hotel watching the local coverage and pi55ing ourselves at the Mackems going mad when they scored "Ha, you liked that didnt you...etc etc etc...

Too many to mention, but off the top of my head and in no particular order ;- The first(Simon Osbourne?) against Blackburn (3-3 draw) very first Palace goal I saw at Selhurst Park.
