So sad that he died this way, but my thoughts are with the train driver who didn't get the choice.

Statistically, suicide is a whopper, especially for men. And it seems to peak for young men , and then again after age 50. I have known a few. It always devastates a family. And seems to come totally our of the blue. There also seems to be a genetic link to killing yourself. RIP Edited by PalazioVecchio (14 Aug 2024 10.39am)

I walk over the tramlink rails every day and I often think God that's one thing I could never do. Just the thought of it sends a shiver. I walked on further the other day to Mitcham Common and a teenager hads drowned himself in about 18" of water in the lake. I had better vary my excursions.
