That's fine for match days, but not every captain on the pitch makes a decent leader off it.

Whilst Andersen's on-pitch leadership looked good in the final part of last season, I've no idea his off-pitch leadership is viewed by his team mates.

"Uncle Mark" as the other players call Guehi would seem to be an influential leader off the pitch, but may not be the most effective 'on-pitch' leader.
