On my local news, which covers Reading FC, they said RFC were "believed to be entitled to 10% of the profit...if true, this could be a windfall of over £4million. If correct, that seems to agree with: 10% of (£50m - £8m) = £4.2m. But then 10% of (£58m - £8m) = £5m, so that could be right too! However, £8m to Reading does appear to be too high. But as with all these things, fans aren rarely given the precise details.
