Mental health wasn't recognised as a 'thing' but it clearly existed - my grandad served yet never spoke about his experienced but clearly had 'issues'. Whether we like it or not the younger generations will have more mental health - partly as we are better at identifying it and partly as phones etc have changed how people interact. When i was at school the weaker kids was regarded as slow or thick, but we now recognise dyslexia and other learning difficulties and extra resources are available to these kids - who often learn in different ways. what a simplistic argument.

Mental health wasn't recognised as a 'thing' but it clearly existed - my grandad served yet never spoke about his experienced but clearly had 'issues'.

Whether we like it or not the younger generations will have more mental health - partly as we are better at identifying it and partly as phones etc have changed how people interact.

When i was at school the weaker kids was regarded as slow or thick, but we now recognise dyslexia and other learning difficulties and extra resources are available to these kids - who often learn in different ways.

The world has moved on
