It may be fun having a punt at guessing where we will be this time next season, but, to be a wet blanket, I will say such projections are meaningless until the transfer window closes. If we could keep all our star players, along with the additions we have already signed, I'd definitely expect a top 10 finish - perhaps even 6th or 7th. However, I am more confident with Glasner than I would have been with Roy, that we will go all out to make sure that decent replacements are brought in to offset the departures.

A comfortable 7th and ahead of Brighton if we can hold on to all of our best players.

The crucial part of the upcoming season is this summer transfer window if we can keep hold of our players then we will finish in the top 8 easily. If not then who knows!

I'm going to go with an uncharacteristically optimistic prediction of 8th. I'm genuinely excited for next season and can't wait for it to start. Good times. COYP.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

6th I don’t think that’s overly optimistic given achievements at the end of last year. The threat to this prediction is injuries to key players and player sales.

And as stated before, we won’t always be playing jaded teams running on empty who had played a heck of a lot more games than us as we did in the run in last season.
