Copenhagen not too shabby. I have relations there and it's easy to get around and loads of places to eat and drink. Friendly in general.

At last, a man of taste.

Was at the Plitvice Lakes exactly one week ago. Very beautiful, but a bit overcrowded at this time of year. If anyone wants to visit, I recommend the months of May or September. May is also cheaper than now (entry to the nature park €26 compared to €40 in high season). National pride also compels me to recommend a visit to the Krimml Waterfalls in Tyrol, Austria to waterfall lovers. The highest waterfalls in Europe with a drop of 380 metres in three stages.

In an ideal world, fly from Gatwick to Knock (International) Airport, play Sligo Rovers and catch up with relatives and enjoy the stunning scenery.

Down the road for me - handy enough. Some decent pubs in Sligo. Galway Utd are in the Irish Premier too these days.
