There's a common theme now with people getting salt, chillies and onions in their nether regions. Perhaps an idea for the next Walkers advertising campaign?

No, made my arm and hand numb so no need to sit on it anymore.

Got to be the car door when your a child. I remember being excited about going on holiday.
Helping to get the car packed up to go, must have left my hand on the door pillar for a moment just as my brother shoves the door shut! F*cki*g ouch!!!!!
I was in absolute agony as the door slams on my fingers not even hours of iced water helped much, they were badly bruised for over a week and stopped me playing racket games on holiday.

Plantar Fasciitis. Translates into painful heel - in fact can be extremely painful heel when any pressure is put on it e.g. walking! No cure but does, with time, eventually go.

It's very painful when you have it. Compression socks sort it out very quickly - it does tend to come back though.

Good luck with it. I know how painful it is but these sleeve things really help if it comes back.

scrote sack zipped up fully, so skin was hanging out through the zipper teeth.
my dad was ambulance man & even he went '' oooh ! nasty!"

very hot chilli puree on helmet, had to smother it in yoghurt.

shed loads of putty cuts, snap blades, tools etc (being a decorator)

bruised arse, black n blue, sitting on roof crawlers all day paint a side gable.

probably most painful was Aramis aftershave up the aresehole.
sprayed my groin getting ready to go out (as a teenager) & lifted leg.
pain knocked me to my knees, shocker.

Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

We have a winner.
Aramis might leave this out of their advertising though.

I sorted it out with Scholl shoe inserts. The ones that cover the whole bottom of the shoe rather than the ones that are heel-only.

Available from Boots, generally online for collection in the store. Not cheap but absolutely brilliant. I've carried on with them and the problem has never returned.
