I don’t think he would be joining to be on the bench.
He’s a very impressive player.
I’m not against signing him , but am curious where he fits in if we manage to retain our big hitters.

I thought I saw someone taking the mickey out of him recently for getting another transfer hopeless wrong.

In fairness he probably gets more right than a lot of other gossip pundits.

What is going on with all this exciting transfer news before the window has even opened? What's happened to waiting until the final week of the transfer window and then bringing in one panic buy just to try and keep us up?

Difference being that towards the end Jairo and Tomkins were nowhere near the first team, these two guys will (if we actually sign them) offer genuine competition.

If so, (which I hope it is) vs getting bodies in before selling it will be such strange place for us.

Actually having a decent competitive squad, with those benched pushing to start.

I'm guessing Glasners high press style might need a bit more rotation as players will need a breaks from time to time.
