Yes I’ve never seen this obsession from some every year of signing relegated players, especially teams as poor as Burnley, especially this fella, is he that good? always looks a bit cumbersome to me.
Besides we’ve got the Douc back from injury next season which will be like a new signing in that position now

My post was somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but I also remain to be convinced by this guy. With Doucoure, Lerma and Wharton for the two positions, I'd rather see Ozoh as the second back-up. Furthermore, we need to see how the club view the performances of Boateng and Phillips in the Scottish Premiership before forking out on another midfielder, especially as our more urgent need is for a LWB and a striker.

I think the fact that we’ve let them out on loan to the Scottish premiership tells us all we need to know about their futures with us, basically they haven’t got one

Personally I'd rather Phillips or Ozoh than Hughes. I haven't seen enough of Boeteng to judge. Phillips is a quick, industrious, hard tackling box to box midfielder. He reminds me of MacTominey Ozoh too is incredibly physical and quick. Both lack technique and experience but have more to offer than Hughes and probably Reidewald.
However, now we're going with a back three, is there a place for Reidewald? That's why we bought him all those years ago. I'd say it's worth a try.

If Luton are relegated I personally would be all over Ross Barkley - He is having a great season and is one of the main reasons that Luton keep scoring, Shouldn't cost much either and would do a great job for Palace.
