Nice to know they are afraid of us . . . [Link]

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

He has a short memory especially with respect to Edouard who scored a brace on his debut against them. 1-2 Palace with Rdouard scoring the winner

We will probably lose, as we are too leaky from set pieces. As long as we put in a hard working, positive performance. The 6-pointers coming up against the bottom 7 or 8 are our cup finals. 10:points for safety.

c) No new injuries or suspensions

We haven't won there in the league since 1997.
Both of those stats don't bode well for next week.

I expect a defeat. My hope is that we will at least:
a) score a goal and
b) put in a decent performance that will give us hope for the following away games against Forest and Bournemouth.

Very tough. A real test of pragmatism v idealism for Glasner.

I think he will play the same team as started against Burnley. Gut feeling is Eze and Geuhi kept for Luton irrespective of fitness.

This one is a free shot but if we beat Luton, it's all over for them.

I expect a more assertive Palace performance than we've seen at Spurs in recent years (won't take much). I still think we will come up short, losing by one goal but scoring ourselves.

Andersen will need to have a world class game to have any joy.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

It's going to be interesting to see how Glasner adjusts his approach to a game where we would be considered the underdog. It would certainly help if Porro and Udogie were still injured as they are key to the way they play.

I'm going to go for a somewhat optimistic 1-1, but I won't be too downtrodden if we lose but show some fight.

Sadly, against Burnley we did not reach the threshold for being able to sing one of the almost forgotten songs. Against Spurs three nil at 75 minutes would be the threshold.

The song is "Can we play you every week?"

That's where I'm at. Players seemed liberated under Glasner. Expecting a big performance and keeping the points total ticking over.

I’m a bit apprehensive about approaching this game with a 343 formation.
Spurs have lots of pace down the sides with Werner, Johnson and Son as well as attacking pacy full backs.
It may be that our full backs will need to sit a bit deeper so the ball is not hit in behind them.
On the other hand they play a high line and are not afraid of defending in low numbers e.g 2 v 2 so they do leave space.
It’s a difficult game to call and it will be interesting to see how we set up.
I’m going for a narrow defeat but am hoping for a 1-1.

We always lose against them so I would rather go for it, it's a free hit.
