Actually it doesn't matter if they are ghost written, what matters is the input from the celebrity. If they are honest about their life and work closely with the ghost writer they can be good read.

Some people of course just don't lead interesting lives, others I suspect don't even read their own biography and just let the author get on with it.

I remember reading this years ago. Great actor and laugh out loud book.

With the F1 season about to start I'd heartily recommend the book written by, probably the best ever racing car designer, Adrian Newey titled How to Build a Car. Good insight to what goes into building racing cars and amusing to boot.

 


Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.
