It'd be nice for it the manager to hit the ground running. I'm excited to see what he can do if its a definite appointment.

Personally I feel a bit sorry for Roy.. Why didn’t they appoint Glasner in the summer… to save some money? Who knows.. Parish being hard nosed now… yes he’s a good coach but I’m not sure I like the way this has been handled….

I honestly don’t think SP has any choice right now but to let Roy go. His unfortunate ill health is very sad - but it might well be in Roy’s best interest too (from a health and welfare perspective) He’s looking increasingly disheveled and tired and he’s clearly deeply affected by the bad results - As all fans are. He’s given his best for the club and that’s all we can ask for. A fresh start with a new coach, with a straight forward dynamic approach to setting his teams up to get on the front foot and play aggressive “in your face football” is truly music to my ears! Bring it on! COYP!

Very positive appointment. Get well soon Roy. I wouldn’t even care if we got relegated with him as long as stayed and we kept everyone apart from olise . He’d go if we got relegated . But we’d build and come back stronger. Hope we don’t but wouldn’t be the end of the world if anything quite the opposite
