On Wednesday we may go to Westminster magistrates court where a met cop is being charged with assault. I think it's a plea hearing. Is anyone else interested in police effectiveness? We are on twitter @JacklinLegal and have spoken to the Football Supporters Association about this issue. The picture is from The Guardian. Did you do the same for the white woman wrongly arrested for praying in the street?
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

does anybody remember the name of that Youtube clip. The cops calling to the house of an elderly lady accused of pinning a flyer on the door of a public building. The woman nearly fell apart....right there and then, with a nervous breakdown. and them giving her grief for the damage to the door....of the four thumb-tacks. Political policing. Stalinist petty bullying. Edited by PalazioVecchio (13 Feb 2024 9.24am)

Police said they arrested the woman in Croydon, south London, on Friday, 21 July, after she failed to confirm with a Transport for London (TfL) ticket inspector that she had paid her bus fare.
If I was asked to confirm I had paid I would It was a very unpleasant incident Edited by HKOwen (17 Feb 2024 7.49am)

Well at first I wondered if this was a solicitor touting for business but a quick Google of Jacklin and Normand Bay chucks up a Fantastic By English story of village life and neighbourhood disputes. So clearly you just have an axe to grind after court action. This is a football site Jog on

I haven't been on a London bus for decades. With swipe-on swipe-off payment, surely tickets are no longer issued. I have an old git's travel card which would not provoke any concern to a ticket inspector - unless he didn't like the look of my face.
