Just read an article on substitution and certainly believe the managers stance has somewhat contributed to the hamstring mess! We have made the 4th least changes this season and rank last on the average time for first substitution to take place and are only team to have not made a tactical half time change! I can feel the disharmony all the way here in Texas!

It's not just us. 40% of Premier injuries are now HSI's.

I can feel the disharmony all the way here in Texas! We have had a half-time tactical change now with Olise on the weekend, and that went well didn't it! As for hamstrings, they're notoriously bad for reoccurring and having a very thin bench to choose from during games means that our on-field team are a lot more fatigued than other clubs.

Or find out how NFL players cope when the game goes on for ages and they go on and off the pitch several times, often in freezing conditions.

our situation is compounded by having such a shallow bench - just a reality of our financial structure. Nevertheless I thought this was an interesting observation: "It cost Brighton only £77 million to assemble the starting XI that humbled Crystal Palace 4-1 on Saturday. Tony Bloom, the Brighton owner, and Paul Barber, the chief executive, are simply so much smarter and more experienced than ..... "(was a reference to Chelsea), but still, how much money have we spent in the summer and January and what has been the impact on results?

With our players and players in general I just think the fitness levels that they are pushed to are not beneficial to playing football twice a week . The modern game is all about sprints and speed and maybe footballers have reached or even passed the limit of their fine tuning .
