They supposedly turned down a £13 million offer for 33-year-old Trippier. They won't sell for less than £15 million. For a club like United that would be peanuts. Also, when you think what West Ham are paying just to loan Kalvin Philips 15-18 million doesn't sound too bad. Nonetheless, it would be too much for us I would think especially when you add on the wages. The other thing is I don't think he'd want to join us anyway.
