Nah. He is not Henderson. At least Roy knows which side his bread is buttered.

no other manager would accept the lack of funds parish and co offer... ONLY ROY. Every one saying Potter is coming to palace because he was at the game today... why would he, i dont think potter is daft enough to come here? i personally think he was there to look at england internationals as hes gunning for the england job after the summer. or... just fancied to watch a a game with the kids who support arsenal

Yes he was, so were Textor and Freedman

Crikey, Textor must be wondering what he has got involved in. I bet he had a nice easy life before he got into football.

Exactly. Roy takes the blame for tactics and tram selection but Parish should take far more responsibility imo. Will he? I doubt it

Why? How would you persuade any player to come play under Roy, nevermind one under 25 and in the least attack minded. He plays the same setup week in, week out. This lies at Roy's door.

The whole thing has gone stale, no interest, no motivation, no ideas, no chance of turning it around. Seen it so many times in football at other clubs, there is only one option, the manager goes.

New man has new ideas, everybody perks up, the new manager bounce as it’s called. It’s our on chance as far as I can see. Hoping Forest and Everton get a point deduction and join one other (probably Sheffield U) to save us is not going to cure the problem.

Wasn't he the manager who, if we were losing with a few minutes to go, played 5 up front? I can't remember if it ever worked.
