He'd be brilliant. People on here moan all the time about us not having a playmaker and he is one. That's why he's being linked to Chelsea, Villa etc. who are far further up the league than we are. He's won (and as captain, lifted) everything there is to win at club level in the past 5 years. We're in no position to complain about JH's ability when we're fielding Hughes, Richards, Ozoh in midfield and can't get the ball off Brighton for 45 minutes.

While I'm not a huge fan of his I think he would bring the on field leadership and experience that we lack. A loan deal for the rest of the season or even a one year contract would be good.
