If I remember correctly the quarterfinal was away at Sunderland so the first fixture at Stamford Bridge was perhaps the 5 th Round?

I was at Stamford Bridge when we won, probably in the early 80s.I think the score was 2-1 but I could be totally wrong.
My recollection at times can be found wanting, probably due to the advancement of years.

The last time that I was there was in the mid seventies and being older than you I can't remember the score or even if we won, drew or lost

I still remember Jimmy Hill's famous analysis of the crowd trouble in 76

" You can see there what appears to be a kung-fu kick "

Soon will be 50th anniversary

And yes, I see now the games vs Chelsea was 5th round

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

I honestly think they lost all their cred when they moved from B block
They was so effective there and hand the cameras on them on nearly every corner now being where they are don’t really get a lot of coverage

I recall building a platform next to the ground for BR in the 90's though have never heard of it being used . Was maybe on the line between Clapham Junction and Olympia ?

My first memories of the place was a 0-0 somewhere back in the early 70's .The main recall was carrying this (very heavy)box I had made for my little bro out of 4b2 so he could see over the heads of the adults
