Biggest surprise is that the club are looking to put in a museum. What the f*** is going in that? Jairo Riedewald?

that is correct as improving versatility's is not effecting team cost and it is a must on safety and so on , and as for the 45m cost of build as gone up alot , for a project like this you need to have the 145m to start with ,

By the time the museum is operational, the current kit will be viewed as a relic.

I have reached the ripe age of 71 and given up any hope of my rump making contact with a padded seat in the New Stand.

So the cat is out the bag. Start trying to build the new stand with no shareholder money and things really will go west.
I am assuming if they need £45m then they will be borrowing the rest. So the gains we make from increased income (if we stay in the premier) will be gobbled up by interest payments.
If this is the case, we would be bonkers to even consider it.

I can see our century old stand being around for a fair while yet.

Yep, and without any improvements as it was also stated when Harris and co signed up that the areas of the ground that were to be improved would only see basic maintenance .Which is great if the work started sometime soon ,that was November 2015

I always said this was a load of smoke and mirrors and that we would never see this huge vanity project on the part of Parish built.

What is it with us and the ground?.We had those mass celebrations when Jordan 'bought ,' the ground and claimed one up on Uncle Ron that went well. Now we have a non existent new stand despite all the claims.and blister.

Just another reason to suggest Parish is not half as clever as he thinks he is
