With a Euros coming up half a season of guaranteed football would be useful. We could do with some energy too

This is exactly the player I was thinking for the same reason. Pep has made it clear he’s not wanted at City.

If City are happy with a loan rather than sell, could be perfect solution for all parties.

In my opinion he’s not a top 6 player. Palace might be a stoop too low but as you say, he’ll be keen for guaranteed football with the Euros approaching. He’s the ideal like for like swap with Doucoure.

I think this transfer window to be interesting, IMHO i do not see us buying or selling any key players, with the unknown factor of who is going to be manager next season, not worth wasting what little we have, unless Harris and Blitzer have a rethink, but i expect at least 3 loans in, of players who can step strait into the starting line up, hopefully a RB and CF are 2 of them

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

It is known that with the injury to Doucoure a central midfielder is sorely required.

I'll push the boat and suggest we'll sign no one unless it's a goalie or an 18 year old from Scotland/Ireland who we'll never see again. We are that inept and, apparently, we have to accept it.

With respect I will suggest that this will not transpire to be the actualite.

Perhaps during the Transfer Window HOL will see the return of that member who used to divulge information that he had been passed to him, however he attracted vitriol and vituperation and it is the model of plausibility that he has decided to refrain from partaking in the discussions.

Yep, and from Kelvin's, perspective he's is pretty much guaranteed to start every game with us and that's what he needs.

If DF hasn't already been on the phone to Txiki Begiristain h's not doing his job.

Good shout. I was thinking the same thing. I think he'd really revitalise the team (similar to what Gallagher did).

Wilfred is warming the bench is Istanbul. May as well come back and do it in Selhurst.

Slightly misleading, started on the bench this weekend after missing the previous game through injury. Started every game in Nov and scored 4 goals.
