Also, strangely, I don't have a super strong feeling since the PL era. Maybe Delaney gets one...? Maybe it's okay that some eras are not linked in this way I’m the same, I think this day and age with the blanket coverage of football on TV and the internet, we get used to seeing all the players in all the kits, where as in era’s gone by we remember iconic photo’s of certain players because there wasn’t much else about

Dwight Gayle gets the Basel halves for Crystanbul, yellow shirt with sky blue shorts and socks goes to Neil Shipperley. Fully agree withe Peter Taylor original red/blue with badge in middle, sash without trim goes to Kenny Sansom or maybe Phil holder, red shorts 89 Ian Wright, red shorts 05 Andrew Johnson. Red/blue with navy shorts and back of shirts either Butterfield or Derry. Horrible all blue with red vertical stripe Loic Remy.

I feel like Jedi should be there but can't decide which shirt. Any suggestions?

2000/01 all yellow away kit . . . Dougie Freedman 6th May 2001 away to Stockport Co. Nuff said.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Agree with many of these. Love the Dwight Gayle call, have same feelings that there is a Jedi shirt. Wilf owns the yellow shirt he wore v Brighton in the playoffs. If people make more suggestions, it would be great if they could be in the same format as I did the list. Edit: list updated. Edited by Ginger Pubic Wig (25 Nov 2023 8.10am)

1969 - John Jackson. Plain green. He doesn't fit the kit criteria but deserves to be in the line up somewhere.

Added. Thanks for doing them so I could cut and paste! Anything is open for debate also (except Vince Hilaire). Especially stuff pre Vince which is about when my vaguely reliable memories if players and shirts begin.
