Everton won’t get a points reduction, just a slap on the wrist or fine. A points reduction would set a precedent and Man City have been abusing the system for years and have 150 charges against them. The legal process would take years.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

As much as I'd like to see Everton severely punished, I'll be very surprised if it's as severe as the widespread speculation suggests.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

One more point |

PL can hold their hands up and say “we recommended 12 point deduction” knowing full well it is not going to happen. I do not believe anything the authorities say anymore, best example being they claim to always think of the interest of the fans!! Well maybe those in the Dar East and US, certainly not those that go every week

Look through the list of other clubs in which had broken FFP in the Prem and what was it they all got at the most even repeat offenders fines. Big clubs get away with so much anyway it makes it all waste of time but something on paper sounds good Everton for multi pitch invasions should have had points deduced what happened nothing.

I think the authorities want to press the yes button on Everton but with a nervous shaking of their hands.

What's the betting the points we dropped against them end up keeping them up. Let's hope they move on to the other clubs with the same vigour.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

You haven't heard their grovelling appeal yet! Mind you a fantastic new stadium to play Championship football in next season if it all goes wrong!
