Apparently the Arsenal ladies have said that they have seen the picture of their all white team and have agreed that there should be more diversity in their team.

Ok, so none of them will complain if Arsenal replace them with players that may be of equal or less talent but just as long as these new players are black.

I went Charlton v Palace on sunday and both teams only had one black player each in their starting line ups so maybe there is just a lack of enthusiasm for young black ladies to take up football.

What I do not understand is when they go on about diversity it is nearly always in reference to black people being under represented. Considering the Asian population in the UK is twice that of black people, why is the under representation of Asians never brought up.

So it's Shirley Bassesy's fault she is too successful preventing these poor little lambs getting their moment of glory "it's so unfair".

Maybe they are just crap.

That would be like saying Sir Elton John's success has closed the door to success to other "fat poofs" (to quote him from his autobiography). This is clearly nonsense. Sam Smith, for example. Furthermore 'they' have done a Bond theme whereas Sir Elton has not.

The often legally bound stance these days is surely 'Everything is everybody else's fault so take no personal responsibility for yourself and point a finger wherever possible'.

These wells can be over tapped quite quickly though so interesting to see that we've landed at Shirley Bassey. Only Donald Duck, the Chuckle brothers and 'The Card Factory' to go now.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

This happens in the workplace all the time. Employers hire less qualified women and black people so they do not look racist or sexist and can boast "Diversity"

Donald Duck has been diagnosed with PTSD (who by? People with too much time on their hands).

Sports channels are best ignored when they sway away from the sport. We get enough of this nonsense on the mainstream channels where every advert and every tv programme is a tick box exercise in diversity

Sport is about excellence not colour, gender or choice of partner and it should be left as that .
